Steve Stephansen, CEO
Steve leads the overall operation and strategic direction of Agoura. He has 25 years of experience in senior operational
roles at both public and private high-tech organizations. He was previously the CEO of WebV2, Inc., a Siemens AG
spinout that introduced an agent-based distributed business process software solution. He also served as VP of
Marketing & Sales at BeHere, developing advanced video imaging solutions. Steve was the VP of
Marketing & Sales at Information Storage Devices, where he grew sales from $0 to $55M/annum within
four years that led to successful initial and secondary public offerings. He began his career at Advanced Micro Devices
(AMD) where he served in a variety of engineering, marketing, and sales management roles. His last position at AMD
was VP of Strategic Marketing of the Memory Division. Steve holds an MS in Management from the Stanford Graduate
School of Business, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS in Electrical

Dr. Erik Egan, Vice President of Operations
Erik leads the technology integration and manufacturing execution of Agoura. He has 20 years of experience in materials
process R&D, process modeling, product integration and manufacturing with both large and small companies. He most
recently held operations management and product integration roles with planar lightwave circuit (PLC) start-up Scion
Photonics, which was acquired by JDSU to become their Waveguide Business Unit. In addition to implementing and
managing production systems during a 2-year period of 10x revenue growth, Erik also made critical technology and
development methodology contributions that led to best-in-class PLC performance. Erik previously worked at Reaction
Design to create a comprehensive and easy-to-use set of chemical process simulation tools to empower customers to
develop environmentally conscious products faster. He began his professional career with Motorola’s Semiconductor
Products Sector after completing post-doctoral research at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Erik holds M.S. and
Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign, and a B.S. in Chemistry from
the University of Washington.
Mike Little, Co-Founder and CTO
Mike leads the development of Agoura’s technology and intellectual property. He has 30 years of experience in
developing high technology products with 40 issued patents and 7 more pending. Prior to co-founding Agoura
Technologies, Mike founded Solus Microtechnologies, a venture-backed startup that developed micro-mirror based
products for the display and telecom applications. Prior to Solus, Mike was a Research Department Manager at Hughes
Research Laboratories for 25 years. While at Hughes, Mike led the development and commercialization of numerous
display products. Mike holds a BS in Physics from UCLA.
Dr. Mike Watts, Vice President of Mastering Engineering
Mike leads the development of Agoura’s mastering solutions. He has 25 years of experience in microlithography, with
more than 12 patents and 30 publications. Prior to Agoura, Mike served as VP of Engineering and was a founder at
Molecular Imprints, a technology leader in nano-patterning systems and solutions. Previously he has held management
positions at Seriate Solutions, Pixel Systems, Electroglas, Semiconductor Systems and Hewlett Packard. Mike holds a
Ph.D. from the Univ. of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (England), in Polymer Materials Science and a
B.Sc. degree with First class honor from the Univ. of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in Polymer
Materials Science.
Jon Zierk, Vice President of Sales & Business Development
Jon leads Agoura sales and business development activities in Asia. He has 25 years of experience in the sales,
marketing, and design of high-technology products. Much of his time has been spent building distribution, customers,
and partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region with global leaders in the consumer electronics field. He served as
Vice President of Sales for Information Storage Devices prior to the acquisition by Winbond. He was Vice President
Sales & Marketing at DTV pioneer TeraLogic prior to successive acquisitions by Oak Technology and Zoran Corporation.
He most recently he served as Vice-President of Sales at DTV component supplier Auvitek. Jon holds an MSEE and BSEE
